On Wednesday, March 1, 2023, the Nana Aframea Foundation, a non-profit organization founded with the aim of empowering young people through education and leadership training, collaborated with Futurestars Africa, a non-profit dedicated to enhancing the lives of young people in Africa, with support from the International Leadership Foundation, to conduct a transformational leadership training program for students at Abiriw Presbyterian Technical Institute.
The free leadership training program is part of the Nana Aframea Foundation’s commitment to equipping young people with the right leadership tools to help them in their career paths. The training session focused on imparting essential leadership skills such as effective communication, problem-solving, decision-making, teamwork, and goal-setting, which are highly sought after by employers.
